Wedding at Douglas Entrance - Natalie and Ariel
We, at Photography by Santy Martinez, are always thrilled to be able to shoot a wedding at the gorgeous Douglas Entrance in Coral Gables, FL. Being Miami wedding photographers means we get to shoot at amazing locations, and this one is up there as one of our favorites for it's beautiful design and architecture. With its stunning stairway leading up to the grand ballroom, this venue feels like it is straight out of a fairy tale book for Natalie and Ariel.
The day started at the Mayfair Hotel in Coconut Grove. Watching Natalie get prepared for the big event surrounded by her bridesmaids, the moms and adorable flower girl was just the beginning and an event in itself. She was a stunning bride and we just knew Ariel would be blown away at her sight! Of course, Ariel cleaned up pretty nicely himself with a little help, and a lot of laughs, with his groomsmen. His grin showed his love for Natalie as they exchanged vows in an intimate setting surrounded by so many people that were wishing them a happily ever after.
Once they officially tied the knot, it wasn't long after the formal dances and delicious sit-down dinner that this husband and wife team showed their guests how to party! It was a night of endless dancing, smiles and celebration. Natalie and Ariel also hired us for our fun photo-booth and their guests took advantage of all the props and unlimited printed photographs. Not only was this a great way to get friends and family to act a little silly in front of the lens, it also made for a perfect party favor. As an added bonus, the couple got a copy of all the digital images taken at the booth so that they could laugh along with their guests long after the party was over.
We love happy people. That is why we love shooting weddings. It is weddings like Natalie and Ariel's that keep us motivated in continuously perfecting our craft. We hope they enjoy reliving their big day through their wedding photos for years to come. Join us as we wish them a lifetime of joy!
